VET2Business Project aims to tackle the students’ identified skills gap in the Tourism Sector by creating two innovative VET curricula in Hospitality & Catering Sector with strong Work-based Learning schemes and by establishing cross-regional partnership in Greece and Germany.

During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to discuss and analyze the project progress, the quality assurance and the improvement of deliverables. Special emphasis was given to the external and internal communication of the project and the need of an efficient management structure for the effective communication. Moreover, partners analyzed the current state of play in WP2 “Design and Implement 2 Curricula” and the next steps in “WP3 Build effective cooperation structures between VET teachers and in-company trainer”.

Other issues that have been raised included the financial management of the project, a brief presentation of the current state of play and the next reporting period.

Furthermore, during the period of 9th-11th November AKMI took part in the Philoxenia Exhibition (https://philoxenia.helexpo.gr/en) , promoting the VET2Business Project.
